    WELCOME TO THE CLUB

Development Centre returns on Spitalfield, Saturday 11th November 9am!

Welcome to Welland Junior Football Club

We offer a fun, friendly and inclusive environment for your little footballer to fall in love with the beautiful game.

All coaches here are volunteers, fully qualified, and DBS checked, and have many years of experience of coaching junior football.

Our Saturday morning Development session at Spitalfield is the starting point for many young players journey into league football.

Each season, we look to form new Lions and Colts teams from the U7s to join the Mercian league at U8.

We also look to create a third Tigers team from our older age groups U8/U9/U10s and now have two Tigers teams playing at U10 and U11.

There are also teams especially for our girl members looking to follow in the Lionesses footsteps!

New teams require Parents and Helpers to become Coaches and Managers – please speak to one of us if this interests you.  No previous football experience is necessary – just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved!

Best wishes, WJFCyour club needs you

Always ensure players have shin-pads, appropriate footwear and clothing, plenty of water to drink throughout, and sun-cream applied in hot weather,

Bacon sandwiches and hot drinks are available so please order at the pavilion before 10am as the kitchen closes at 10.15am (cash or sum-up payments accepted)

We are promoting our ‘Boot-Box’ where we ask for donations of football boots no longer used for others to make good use of!
